    • Must fight for equal pay for equal work across EU. Why doesn’t a company pay the same wages across various countries in EU? It doesn’t make sense why a new graduate or talented individual gets paid 1500 – 2000 euros per month in Portugal, but gets paid 5000 – 6000 euros per month by the same company for the same work in another country. This must be changed!
