  • We believe that cities should expand horizontally, and form into clusters of communities connected by nature, while integrating the use of the latest technologies.
  • We propose to build a prototype center as a model for cities of the future. We will have experts and visionaries such as architects, designers, scientists, agriculturists and technology experts contribute to the design of the prototype center.

The Power of Consumers!


Reduce Plastic Bottles

  • We are starting an initiative to encourage people not to consume any drinks that are bottled in plastic. Would you support this, and can you spread the word?
  • It's very simple. Whenever you buy drinks (or other products) at the store, don't buy plastic bottles.
  • Our goal is to spread the word to 1 million people in the first month, and then a billion in the following month. 
  • We can all make a difference.

Re-Use Glass Bottles

  • We want to start another initiative to recycle or re-use glass bottles, especially beer or wine bottles.
  • We can influence companies that use plastic bottles to change to glass, by not consumers not buying things packaged in plastic.
  • With the right collaboration from beer and wine producers, and other manufacturers that produce glass - we propose to collect bottles and compensate people returning the bottles.
  • Then we will clean and sterilize the bottles and sell them back to the beer and wine producers, ready to use, for less than buying new bottles all the time.
  • This can be extended to any companies using glass bottles.

Life Planning App

  • At any time you can project your future path, based on past experiences, your future goals and other information.
  • This app could have access to government data, banking, educational programs, health, social media and other key information.
  • As a child, you could start having tests geared to children of various ages, that are really observing their behavior etc. As they child grows and with all of the other information the app would provide more guidance and suggestions on their path for the future.
  • This is important for our youth. Since we cannot remove computers and smart phones from our youth. But we could have an app supported by the cities and government to provide predictions or pathways for their future.
  • Often governments will offer programs to assess what you are good at, when you are 30, 40 or 50 years old and unemployed. But its too late by then. This should happen at a much younger age.

Drones for Search and Rescue

  • Drones can be very useful and effective tools and will be part of our lives in the future.
  • Investors are losing interest after spending millions with very slow progress of viable products in the marketplace. However, it needs the right focus and application.

  • A Drone can be deployed more quickly and easily than a rescue worker, and in rougher conditions that won't put the rescuer's life at risk. Lifeguards can deploy a Drone with a life raft or floatation device in seconds, faster than swimming out to a person in trouble, which could take several minutes or longer in rough waters. The raft or floater could inflate on impact to the water and save someone's life.

Wine Network - Storage, Tracking, Ordering, Distribution

  • The concept is to provide a facility and services to support the storage, tracking, order and distribution of wines, enabled by a fully automated control system that allow owners to track their stock, request shipment of their goods, or to order new stock of other wines. A smart phone app would provide all the information and features at their fingertips.
  • Storage - The facility would be environmentally appropriate for wine, where nature facilitates a climate-controlled setting, such as underground facilities or caves. This center, located in Portugal, would accept wines from all over the world and store them temporarily if they are to be distributed locally or world-wide or store them longer term for aging.
  • Tracking and Ordering - The app would enable clients to check availability of their wine stocks, place orders for delivery of their wines from storage or to check the availability of other wines and place orders accordingly.
  • Distribution - There would be a centralized system for fulfilling order requests for the distribution of wines around the world. The fully automated system would optimize shipment of orders by location and allow owners to track their stock of wine and delivery of orders.

  • Online Learning - The focus for this component is to educate potential consumers anywhere in the world about various wonderful wines through live-chats, online webinars on wine appreciation and tastings, wine and food pairings etc.

Save Airplane Tires on Landing

  • Every time an airplane lands, a large puff of smoke comes off the wheels as they skid before spinning up to speed. This wear and tear are the major factor for short life span for tires. Some planes need new tires after just a few dozen landings.
  • Why not have fins at the side of the wheels, that only come out for landing, and starts spinning the wheels so that when the plane lands the turning of the wheels is at the same speed as the plane. This can be calculated and controlled and tested in wind tunnel simulations.
  • If planes change tires every 100 landing (on average), then the savings could be billions for airline companies.

Fire Fighting

  • Why doesn't a country or region (for example, Europe) have a designated place with military cargo airplanes loaded with drones that can carry massive amounts of water.
  • These drones can be dropped from a high altitude and they will start automatically.
  • Each water-carrying drone will be controlled by smaller drones that identify the perfect location where to get water and where to dump it on the fires.
  • All these drones will be controlled remotely by a centralized system using GPS. They will have heat sensors to identify the core location of the fires especially when there is low visibility because of smoke, cameras for viewing of the area, but no pilots on board.
  • A drone will be able to stop at a specific location to drop the water, while a plane has to travel at high speed and drop the water in a stream, and with intensive heat from the fire most of it evaporates even before hitting the ground.
  • All this technology is available today, it just needs to be implemented and operated to efficiency and stop wasting money on archaic systems that don't work.
