Eco Center

The Eco Center will Showcase and allow demonstrations for:

• Smart systems, sensors and controls,
• Technology for sustainable and green buildings,
• Organic gardens, greenhouses and vertical farming, to have fresh produce and herbs all year
• Clean energy, energy efficiency and alternative energy sources (solar, thermal etc.), smart meters to optimise and conserve electricity and water consumption
• Recycling rainwater, or well water used for gardens and toilets
• Composting of food waste to naturally fertilise the gardens 

 

Leverage the Nature of the Property:

• Harvest the oranges and make special orange liquores, orange jams and compotes.
• Use the skins of the oranges to make special skin creams, natural and healthy.
